Atlanta is very good and promising co looking at the chart fundamental are so good but due to Govt and SEBI policy there is fear.
Recently Atalnta has postponed their Stock Spilit proposal also which is not good sign.
Construction and Cement will have more downside in coming future, so I advice should exit at minimal losses and switch over to better sector or if you want to stay in Construction then there are lot of good companies also like Era Const (which is coming down heavily), I think better value buying.
Presently Atlanta prospect doesn't look good, should exit and book minimum losses to protect your capital and enter after budget in promising sector.
At last as I told so many time if you has confidence in your holding stay invested don't panic wait and watch, fundamental strong co always come up with their own strength. |

Atlanta founders face charges of market abuse
February 23, 2007
MUMBAI (Reuters) - India's market regulator has banned the founders of Atlanta Ltd. and some other investors from trading in the securities of the construction and mining firm, on charges of unfair trade practices.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India said it had made prima facie findings that Atlanta's promoters and other strategic investors might have abused the stock exchange mechanism, listing agreement and preferential share issue regulations.
SEBI also banned the company from issuing fresh shares or any other instrument convertible into shares. It has also directed the stock exchanges to disallow the company's planned stock split.
Atlanta's shares, which listed last September, rose 681 percent in 55 trading sessions, according to the order passed on Thursday.
Company officials could not be immediately contacted for a comment.
