RBI will pay interest on CRR, banking various rates are going high.

These things will reflect in coming result in banking space.

Due to some banking policies, banks share got hammared in last one month and lot of Banks shares came down very heavily.

I think this is right time to pick good Pvt.Sector banks shares, banking scenario is looking very good.

Icici bank,Canara bank, Bank of Baroda, Indian Overseas bank, Vijaya bank (of course not so strong but well discounted), Yes bank, IDFC etc.

So just start to invest and have already then accumulate good fundamental strong shares avaialabel at good price.

Banking sector could be underperforming as it is apprehensive about the Budget. The CRR hike and the inflation which is still not under control, could be other reasons worrying the banking sector.

The recent CRR hike will definitely show its impact in two months time.

At the current moment, the strong private banks are good picks wherein the investor could definitely get the benefit of the growth story, which is continuing in some of the banks.
