mind tree consulting is one of the most successful IPO of recent times. and the time is nearing for its listing. when the market was going good there were talks of Rs: 400 premium and today it has come down to Rs: 200 or even lower. and possibly we can see further reduction in coming days before the listing.

as the market breadth is negative it can be expected that the so called premium doesnt add much to the stock while listing. the issue price is Rs: 425 and an opportunity to buy the stock below 575 or 525 will be great.
