Raj tv is rumoured to be operators next runnin scrip and expected to hit 270 levels in coming days.

its newly listed scrip and opened at discount price from price band of 257.

its probably a tv channel. raj tv network is a newly listed stock which was listed at discount price compared to the price band of 257.

it is heard some operator groups are playing games on such new listing by picking the stocks at lower rates compared to the price band and than run the scrip.

Target Achieved !! if anyone invested in this stock - should surely book profits in this scrip.

Entering at current levels wouldnt be advisable. the stock is already in scrutiny of SEBI and the circuit filter can be changed to 2% any time or the stock may get shifted to T2T segment also.
