Mexico Is Running Out of Oil -- Here’s How to Profit

For two months running, Mexican oil production has fallen -- 3.5% in November alone. Total crude production dropped to 2.9 million barrels a day from 3 million barrels a day in October, according to state oil monopoly Petroleos Mexicanos.
