Right now the market cap on NHPR is still very small this makes them a huge takeover candidate just for the fact that they have so many Blue chip partners in their CareExpress program.  This mean if they get bought out, early investors will be rewarded handsomely!!!
The second reason why NHPR could be a monster is their business model.
Insurance companies bring in lots of money because of the "recurring fees" paid by members every month.  This model has been proven successful by many of the large conglomerates such as Allstate and Metlife.  They can then use the cash to invest in other things.

This is why Warren Buffet invested in the insurance industry and made Billions from it!! I believe NHPR is dirt cheap at these levels, make sure you add it to your watch list and track it. NHPR knows that their market is gigantic. In the U.S. 47 million Americans were uninsured in 2006 according to Census data!

The number of uninsured children has rose from 7.7 million uninsured children in 2004 to 8.7 million in 2006!

Over one million uninsured children in 2 years! NHPR realizes that something needs to be done. The healthcare system is flawed and millions of people are not getting the attention they need.

NHPR is a national healthcare savings organization that provides discount healthcare membership programs to uninsured and underinsured people through a national healthcare savings network called “CARExpress.”

NHPR's CARExpress is one of the largest networks of hospitals, doctors, dentists, pharmacists and other healthcare providers in the country and provides their members with access to over 1 Million healthcare providers through their agreements with CareMark, Aetna Dental Access NetworkSM, Optum, Integrated Health, Three Rivers and International Med-Care, which are some of the largest and most prestigious national healthcare networks in the country!!

The healthcare industry in 2006 was the largest industry and health care provided 14 million jobs!

Unfortunately the healthcare industry remains in a state of turmoil and crisis. Each year, the cost of insurance skyrockets.

NHPR is a part of the health savings industry.
