Stock JUHL Wind could double |
The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is in quite a pickle. It’s promised to increase total declared oil reserves from 35 billion barrels to 40 billion barrels by 2010, and continued violence in the Niger Delta has thrown a wrench into the whole process. |

Wow, it seems like there’s never been a better time to invest in wind, and JUHL is a real gem here folks. Before we go on, let’s restate this… stock in Juhl Wind could double, or even triple! Keep your eyes on JUHL. Thanks to all of you who’ve held back and refrained from telling your friends about this stock (and asked your broker to keep it quiet) until our members all had the first crack. It now looks like Small-Cap Fortunes readers have all gotten ample time to look at JUHL shares… so it’s ok to let the floodgates open. The time to share JUHL with your friends is now… and it’s also the time to tell your broker that it’s ok for his other clients to have a look. Spread the word! Over the past couple of days, some huge wind related news has been ripping through the media outlets and into American homes giving investors in wind energy some massive exposure and very nice share appreciation. There’s two “stories” of note here that have put wind energy on the front pages. The first one being the media blitz by legendary oil man, T. Boone Pickens, and the other is a massively ironic story out of America’s oil capital, Texas. If you’ve watched any television, or heard any radio over the past few days, you’ve undoubtedly heard the announcement featuring Mr. Boone Pickens stating that no matter how much oil we drill, we cannot escape this massive energy problem we’re experiencing. His solution? Wind farms. Yes! The world’s greatest living oil man is going full bore into wind, investing billions of dollars to build the worlds largest wind farm. This mega development is a sure fire sign that wind power is here to stay and is going to be red hot for years. You can read Boon Pickens’ wind plan. Aside from the media blitz by Boone Pickens, a curious news story was recently released. According to the Associated Press, utility officials in Texas gave preliminary approval last Thursday to a $4.9 billion plan to build new transmission lines to carry wind-generated electricity from West Texas to urban areas like Dallas.
Here’s the ironic part… according to the story West Texas is where most of the Texas wind power generations is occurring. There are some 4,000 wind turbines creating energy there… in some the same fields where oil wells are running dry! There are massive wind turbines popping up right besides dying oil derricks. America’s oil capital is about to become America’s wind capital. No doubt about it, wind power is red hot, and with what’s been happening in the wind industry of late, don’t be surprised if you see some consolidation. Smaller companies may very well be bought-out by the big boys… good news for Juhl Wind shareholders. Keep you eyes on JUHL. Any media attention could send shares skyrocketing. As we said earlier, it could be a double. Good investing, Small-Cap Fortunes
