Fellow Investor,
One hundred years ago, steel was the IT industry of its day -- a cutting-edge sector that was a symbol of a country's economic might. Andrew Carnegie, U.S. Steel, and Pittsburgh were what Bill Gates, Microsoft and Silicon Valley are today.

First is the more recent announcement of  a pending acquisition of New Visions Mobile.  The two companies have been in negotiations since March 2008, and have now agreed to sign a Letter of Intent to merge.

The company has actively created over 2000 mobile campaigns for record labels, media owners and artists such as Queen, Lilly Allen, Rihanna and Robbie Williams. Revenues, created from merchandising and online and mobile advertising around each network, have been growing steadily since the company's inception in 2001.

The company, based in the UK, has amassed over 2 million mobile consumers for record labels such as Virgin Records, Atlantic Records, Mercury Records and Parlophone.

The Second big announcement from PYBX is their other pending agreement to purchase Delta Music Group.  Delta last year reported $14 Million in revenues.

Delta has sales and distribution deals with iTunes, Rhapsody, eMusic and more than 60 other e-retailers. In April 2008, Delta signed a partnership agreement with X5, a global digital mobile “over the air”, and online distribution and marketing company.

PYBX recently secured up to $1 Million from an off shore Investment firm.

Karada has signed a share subscription agreement to purchase shares in PlayBOX's common stock, for gross proceeds of $1 Mill USD.

"We are extremely pleased with this infusion of capital," said Robert Burdon, CEO of PlayBOX. "The additional funds will be used to fuel our aggressive acquisition strategy and accelerate our growth."

I believe if both acquisitions go through PYBX could become a major player as an online music power house.

Make sure you add PYBX to your watch, because if all of their pending acquisitions finalize soon the stock price could shoot straight up!!

PYBX is aggressively growing its traditional (retail) and non-traditional (digital, online and mobile) distribution channels so independent artists can reach their waiting public even more quickly and easily.
There are so many independent artists out there!

PYBX realizes that there needs to be more places for these artists to reach their fans.

PYBX could explode doing the exact same thing!

PYBX knows how big online music is. Almost everyone is online downloading music.

By the end of 2006, there were 47 million "digital music households" in the U.S!

Digital sales now account for an estimated 13% of the global music market, up from 9% in 2006 and zero in 2003.

In the United States, online and mobile channels now account for 30% of all music sales.

PYBX has announced their plans to acquire New Visions Mobile ("NVM"), a mobile music company that creates social networks for artists and music brands across mobile networks.

New Visions Mobile is the company behind "Kylie Konnect", the hugely successful social network for pop artist Kylie Minogue!

As of 2005, Kylie Minogue has sold more than 40 million singles and 25 million albums worldwide, and has had at least one number one hit in over 45 countries!

PYBX CEO Robert Burden said, "NVM's demonstrated success and expertise at building an exciting international client base including music labels such as Universal and EMI, and is a perfect fit for PlayBOX. We are actively growing our mobile distribution channel and a merger with NVM would bring us to the forefront of this latest method of distributing media entertainment."

PYBX is also in the process of acquiring Delta Leisure Group plc. Delta is a successful, established record company which owns music and visual copyrights and has both online and offline CD and DVD distribution channels.

Delta Music one of the most successful independent UK record companies!

Delta Music began its business with 11,000 tracks for sale on the iTunes digital store. Sales doubled in 2007 with the addition of 60 more e-retailers, and revenue approached $700,000!
