In last week’s article, I told you that if you were bold, you would buy into the USD/JPY to take advantage of recent dollar strength. Well, I hope you took advantage of that, because you would have made some decent money.  On Friday, the USD/JPY was around 116.912.  Today, the USD/JPY is at 117.696.

FESI President and CEO Edmund F. Curtis said, "We believe that acquiring Biofuel production facilities at a fixed cost and providing those plants with grease from our waste hauling operations would significantly reduce operating costs and enhance operational profitability through economies of scale."

Mr. Curtis indicated that substantive discussions with target companies are currently underway, with one such business having a production capacity of 30 million gallons per year.

FESI provides 24 Hour - emergency, diagnostic, management and system maintenance services.

Commercial, industrial and municipal wastewater and storm-water infrastructure management is the core of FESI's Systems Management Program.

Wastewater treatment and processing for residential, commercial, and municipal clients is a booming industry as the problem of sewage and sludge management is growing out of control due to quantity and costs!

According to “Water, Wastewater and Filtration: World Markets, published by the McIlvaine Co., the market for water and wastewater treatment and flow control under a broad definition will grow to $484 billion worldwide in 2010!
Watch for a possible huge rally in FESI due to their recent news with McDonalds!  FESI doubled in price not too long ago and has come down to an attractive level.

View this chart here to see: Demand for Biofuel is soaring, putting pressure on supplies of used food waste products, which can be used to make the alternative fuel.
This has put FESI at a great advantage because of their free access to used oils!!!

Aside from collecting used oil from fast food franchises.  FESI is also looking to acquire other smaller companies currently engaged in the production of Biofuel from grease waste products.

FESI believes that the acquisition of such companies would allow it to more quickly and efficiently implement its plan to convert company collected waste to Biofuel.

FESI has said, "We believe that acquiring Biofuel production facilities at a fixed cost and providing those plants with grease from our waste hauling operations would significantly reduce operating costs and enhance operational profitability through economies of scale.

Factors such as the implementation of professional management, lower raw material costs, and centralized administration and financial operations should substantially contribute to a reduction of the operating costs of an acquired company. We also believe that purchasing existing facilities would eliminate many of the construction risks and capital costs associated with a new start-up venture.”

FESI has contracts in place with some of America's biggest names such as McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Circle K, Waffle House, and Walt Disney World and the contracts could spread nation wide in terms of area.

Biofuel production is shattering all expectations, rising from 25 million gallons to 450 million in just the last 4 years to keep up with a more energy conscious America.

FESI’s Biofuel production will succeed in fulfilling an urgent worldwide need for cost-effective alternative energy while their wastewater treatment addresses a corresponding need to solve critical problems in the purification of Municipal sewage systems. FESI can simultaneously create green energy while making a major impact on the global waste problem.

FESI also has other major operations in the waste water and storm water system management area.

FESI provides 24 Hour - emergency, diagnostic, management and system maintenance services. Commercial, industrial and municipal wastewater and storm-water infrastructure management is the core of FESI's Systems Management Program.

FESI's primary business operations have combined three potent market sectors with broad investor appeal: Extraction of food wastes (grease), Biofuel production which capitalizes on the extracted grease, and very lucrative municipal wastewater projects in conjunction with the ability to service commercial and residential accounts. The result could be a huge rally in the stock.
