Over the past 25 years, diagnoses of Leukemia and Lymphoma have increased by 88% and 87% respectively.

1 out of 78 men and women will be diagnosed with leukemia during their lifetime.

Imagine yourself sitting in a crowded movie theater watching a movie.

Most likely someone in that theater is going to have leukemia in their life. Will it be you? Will it be your wife or husband sitting next to you? Maybe your child? Remember to always do your own research.

Terrifying, I know! This is why we need to look at CTHP!!!

CTHP's first investment, NanoTherapies LLC, has sole license and patent protection for the fundamental use of calcium phosphate nanoparticles in medical applications for the treatment and detection of blood cancers (all forms of leukemia).

The acquisition of a 25% stake in NanoTherapies is the first acquisition completed by CTHP.

CTHP sees NanoTherapies as a very promising investment and so do I.

NanoTherapies' products introduce disruptive technology into the treatment and detection of cancer through the use of calcium phosphate nanoparticles.

These particles, about 350 times smaller than a human cell, provide both a safe and effective way to transport drugs and imaging materials into diseased cells.

The compatibility of the calcium phosphate nanoparticle with the bio-mechanics of the human body makes it unique for application in the treatment of diseases.

Calcium phosphate is a major component of bones, it clears the kidneys and liver without impact, it exits the body via the colon, and its chemical properties enable the nanoparticles to circulate in the bloodstream for prolonged periods yet dissolve in diseased cells, thereby releasing the drug.

CTHP President and CEO Chene Gardner stated, "The acquisition of NanoTherapies is a perfect fit for us since we not only have a reliable partner which complements our core business but we now have access to a number of innovative treatments for detecting and treating cancer through the revolutionary science of nanotechnology."

There are many treatments out there to fight cancer, but unfortunately many of them are very harsh and cause more damage than the disease.

CTHP seeks out disruptive cancer research and technology opportunities to invest in, develop, and commercialize.

The end result will be therapies, treatments, and pharmaceuticals targeted at more efficiently and effectively attacking cancer!

CTHP is seeking to create a footprint as a biotechnology business incubator with a specific emphasis on disruptive treatments and nanotechnology.

I don't think many people know what nanotechnology is.

Nanotechnology deals with structures of the size 100 nanometers or smaller, and involves developing materials or devices within that size.

CTHP will be in a position to engage high level personnel and intellectual capital from NanoTherapies to evaluate other synergistic investment opportunities.

CTHP will then pursue the most promising and valuable technologies to reach the market expeditiously and benefit the lives of cancer patients worldwide.

CTHP realizes that drugs jacketed with calcium phosphate nanoparticles can provide cancer patients with immense benefits.

Early lab studies show a ten-fold reduction in toxicity with a seven-fold increase in effectiveness for drugs delivered using NanoTherapies' technology.

This means dramatically reduced side-effects owing to the severe toxicity of cancer drugs and increased effectiveness because the half-life of the drug is increased from minutes to hours.

Most cancer drugs kill all the cells they contact and dissipate in less than thirty minutes.

NanoTherapies' nanojackets encapsulate the drugs for up to thirty hours before being cleared from the body or until the nanoparticle enters a cancerous cell and release the drug.

CTHP President and CEO Chene Gardner said, "NanoTherapies' products have immediate revenue potential. We believe with great confidence this will be a synergistic effort between our companies with immense potential to be a very successful business relationship."
