By Charles Delvalle Is there any doubt that there’s a speculative bubble in Chinese companies? With that in mind, reader John S asked: Alibaba, China's second-most popular Internet search engine behind Baidu (BIDU), is going public today on the Hong Kong stock exchange. The IPO is priced at $13.50, but shares are expected to hit the tape at almost twice that price. Charles, could this be true? Regards, John |

Read the story of four wise men who went out to look at a pear tree that lay very far away. The first went to see it in winter , the second in spring, the third in summer, and the fourth during fall. When the four men returned home after they had look at the PEAR TREE and come back, they met and discussed what they had seen and share their thoughts about the tree.
They were all right, because they had seen the pear tree in only one of its seasons each You cannot judge any thing by only looking at it once . The essence of who and what it is about him you should have a larger perspective of things you judge and lay an opinion when all the seasons are up. If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of spring, the beauty of summer, fulfilment of your fall. This holds good for a stock you buy but form an opinion as soon as you are with the profit/loss, you tend to form an opinion that can be biased. Moral is Don't jump into conclusions better wait and research your stocks. Contributed By:: Bearish Mind Bullish Heart
