The truth that lies underneath the price of a company’s share is quite often a jargon a small investor hardly understands this being a tough truth that most of the small investors end up losing money in stocks even in rising markets. If you are a stock market player and been here for quite some time, made and lost money you would have better be acquainted with a simple fact that the valuation of a stock and its Current Market Price is either based on the company's future performance or the past performance., the price is never based on the current performance of the company. This is where the catch lies and the whole concept of making fortunes in the stock markets, in simple terms if you and me a small investor is able to understand the intellect of the big wigs in the stock markets, what makes the big or institutional investors buy a stock or why they sell, if you have a minute idea of this take my word you are very likely to make fortune in stocks. As a matter of fact we don’t have time or endurance to do in-depth research into a stock we buy, we often depend on word of mouth advice most of the time this is put in to our minds by our broker, in all probability the broker recommendations are and tend to be biased and predisposed, we fall into buying traps, put in by the manipulators and big wigs. With that being said I would advice a small investor to stay away from stocks and stock markets if you are unable do your own research on stocks, just imagine if you are out shopping for vegetables would you fritter a penny if the stuff you are buying does not make an impression on you? No you wouldn’t I am sure! If you answered yes stop reading this write-up go straight to your broker and buy what is hot on your broker’s mind to moan later like most of you do. Hey wait! If you have come this far reading this foolish article…. read my next write up I will try to explain how you could chose your own winner stocks with some simple rules to keep. Click Here for my article that explains just that !!
