Greetings readers,
We’ve come across what looks to be our next big winner. After hitting a grand slam with AAAE (and we’ve still got plenty of room for that one to move much higher), we’ve loaded the bases with Fortified Holdings (FFDH) and are anticipating another home run.

Sneak Peek into "U.S. 801(k) Plans"

Dear Reader,
Please take a look at the bottom of this page for reviews and what others are telling about US 801 (k) Plans teaser from the Stansberry Research that has been in circulation for over a year now....
Don't be surprised if you've never heard about America's best-kept moneymaking secret...It's a unique way to retire rich – a rarely advertised investment opportunity – one so good that it could make 401(k)s and IRAs all things of the past.

That's because this secret enables ordinary Americans to reliably collect huge sums of money—$50,000... $75,000... even $100,000 or more—beginning with as little as $25.

I call them "U.S. 801(k) Plans" because as you'll see, they are capable of making you twice what a typical "401(k) plan" can generate.

Back in the mid 90s, the Mechanicsville, PA couple was struggling to make ends meet for their rapidly approaching retirement.

"We didn't have the money," recalls Janice Hopple, a 55-year-old homemaker. "We had just finished putting our three sons through college."

"Money doesn't grow on trees, but it sure does grow in ['U.S. 801(k) Plans.']"
- Carla Pasternak, Financial Journalist

Then, a friend told them about how they could retire rich, starting with as little as $25.

So, beginning with $122 in 1995, the Hopples collected nearly $100,000 in retirement savings. And it's still growing.

Even better, they're making 1,000% to 2,000% more than they'd make with 401(k)s or IRAs (or pretty much any other retirement option out there). And in case you're wondering, they can access this money whenever they wish. Penalty-free.

Jumping to Conclusions

Charles DelvalleDear Reader, I know that when I start talking politics, I get a bunch of folks writing about ideological mumbo jumbo that simply COULD NOT be implemented in America today.

Well, the answer is, even though they're perfectly legal and supported by many of America's biggest corporations, the government began to restrict the advertising of "U.S. 801(k) Plans" to the public almost as soon as they got started (I'll explain why in a minute). So most folks have no clue they even exist.

While the government has done its best to keep this unique investment opportunity under wraps, it hasn't been able to stop some in-the-know financial journalists from revealing the details:

I've written this letter to tell you everything you need to know about what I call "U.S. 801(k) Plans" because, quite frankly, you probably won't hear about them anywhere else.

In the pages that follow, I'll show you how to get started... how much you can collect... and when you can expect to get paid...

Please follow the reviews ...

This is a scam to get you to spend money on something that you already have easy access to. I'll save you money... google "DRIP plans". They are stock purchase plans that companies offer to allow you to buy their stock without a broker. All the big finance websites (yahoo finance, motley fool, etc.) have lots and lots of FREE information on them. Also, 801(k) is a made up name.

Want to get returns on money, then invest in companies that grow with trends, and usage. How about the NorthWestern Pacific Lumber Co. My uncle is the vice President. He has spent much time in the last ten years in China-get my drift?
Look at our housing crunch-see any remodeling going on, buy low, sell high folks, look through the smoke, and you will the opportunity, and I'm only in my 30's!
I've only been able to invest in small amounts, but a bigger fish could rock the boat.
I say this because we use wood for a lot of things, and its getting steeper, wait until another housing boom in 5 yrs or less, then you'll say shit I should've bought stock back then!
I intend to to this and take my returns and invest in my restaraunt idea, in which this particular idea has never been built in the US yet!!
I'm and idea man-and I will succeed becuase my idea is protected by copyright and now I wait......work and live and have fun with life.......yes I work too......

Here is a site that you can find out about DRIP Companies. I check out the Companies myself and pick ones at the $5 to $8 range. http://www.kinginvestors.citymax.com/page/page/3380157.htm

They're just DRIP plans, check out Stock Gumshoe for an article and he gives links to some other sites with good DRIP info. Using a service like Sharebuilder is essentially the same thing for most people, though it all depends on what companies you want to invest in and how much you have to invest every month or every quarter. This is a long-term investing plan, the claims of 80%+ gains in a year are folks who got lucky (or very smart) choosing the companies to invest in, they're not a function of the DRIP/801K vehicle itself.

This is a DRiP plan, just like other people mentioned. Essentially it's buying stock directly from the company or through a broker. All you're doing is buying stock (usually at a discount) and then they automatically reinvest the divident payouts. Usually they require you to hold the stock for a long period of time before you can cash out. And you can usually start with a small amount.

I've been investing in a 801(k) retirement plan since early 2005 and can personally vouch for it's validity.

I have a portfolio of 10 companies that I have invested stock in and collectively, those 10 stocks have averaged an annual growth rate of 84%.

Unlike 401(k) plans where your limited by law as to how much money you can put into a 401(k), there are no such (monetary) limits with a 801(k) retirement plan.

3 companies that are associated with 801(k) retirement plans are (1) Pacific Service Enterprise Group (PEG). (2) Excelon Corporation (EXC). (3) Entergy Corporation (ETR)...

There are many, many more available.

DRIP plans are certainly real, but they are a slow, steady way to build wealth - no get rich quick stuff here. Companies are allowed to sell their own stock in only this particular way direct to the public, and in exchange for this little loophole the law says they can't advertise their programs. Anyone can open a DRIP plan if you're interested, check any of the many good links provided in other comments.

General rule: if the ad tells you dollar amount that subscribers made without telling you the amount they began with or the timeframe, ignore those amounts because they're meaningless.

The concept he speaks of in the article is accurate. It all boils down to dollar averaging. I have enjoyed this type of investment for several years and my returns have always been fairly consistent thru accumlation of additional stock and the ability to have fracional shares applied to the account.
For me the pros:
ability to make original prchase at a minimal transaction fee, but always chk with the company to see if there are any maintaince fees attached.
Cons:
Selling of the stock usually cannot be made within a day, I\'ve found many companies will buy and sell only once a week, which can lead to a large variable in the amount one might actually pay (or receive) for the stocks.
All considered not a bad deal though, although there are books available which list the companies which have dip (direct investment program) which does not automatically mean there is a drip available.
Happy Hunting!!

I am of the opinion that all of the stock analysts that are hawking their articles for a fee are out to line their pockets without risking it in the market. They must be doing something to get stock tips to put out (or tease with). So that people will continue to pay for their advice. I have received some good (BUT MORE BAD) tips. jUST MY OPINION.

I can understand this concept. I might invest a small sum and see how this goes. People were leery of 401's and IRA because they bank on the market. So, everything is chancy.

If it's twice as good as a 401(k) plan, wouldn't that make it an 802(v) plan? Or is that taken?

You won't find the "U.S. 801(k) plans" because that thing doesn't exist. Quote word for word, para. 4: "... I call them "U.S. 801(k) Plans" because as you'll see, they are capable of making you twice what a typical "401(k) plan" can generate."

Because he claims that it makes twice as much as 401(k), therefore it is 801(k). Well, wouldn't it be... 802(k) to be "twice as much" ??? :-). Leaving the math error aside, the entire article has no value if you read it carefully.

A few rules to remember when you see deals that are "too good to be true".

1. It ain't good.
2. If it is your money, they would want you to give it to them. If it is their money, well, they would keep it.
3. All money is hard earn money.
4. Risk comes with rewards. When it is too good to be true, there has got to be a lot of risks involved.

Take care.

Hi folks -- you're all correct, it is DRiP plans that Dyson is teasing here, the key advice of the newsletter would be whether or not he can tell you about the best DRIP plans, and whether that news is worth the money to you. There are plenty of resources about DRIPs, as several folks have noted, but to be fair there are hundreds of DRIP plans extant so for folks with no ability or willingness to analyze companies it's possible that a newsletter would be worthwhile.

Here's the writeup I did -- at my StockGumshoe.com site and forum, we spend our time sniffing out these sometimes misleading stock teaser emails, hopefully to help investors separate the great ideas from the frauds.

Anyone interested can check out the website better-investing.org for DRIPs. The site is run by an organization called the NAIC. You can buy stock there and get started in the companies on their list. I have already done so and have been investing with them for about 4-5 years. It worked out fairly well with me and I still am investing with them. They charge you a fee to join, which includes a magazine with all the company choices, access to a website, and a beginners package. They charge a small fee to buy your first share of stock and they enroll you in the companies plan that you select. I now own shares in 26 companies, some through the NAIC and some through an online brokerage firm.

The 801(k) is not an IRS section. If you'll notice, the term is always enclosed in quotes or brackets. It is simply some term coined by the author and not a real retirement plan term.

I don't give it any more credence than any other get rich quick scam. If these things worked as the copywriters say, then they'd be out of customers in short order.

I received this story today from daily wealth .com I am a struglling single father of three and have been ripped off many times on the internet. I don't want it to happen again. Tom Dyson of the 12% newsletter say's these companies cannot advertise this, then he goes on to name people who have written about it. As the old saying goes, if sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Above drilled deeper say's that "The guy has branded DRIPs as HIS 801 (K). I just found out that DRIPs stands for Dividend reinvestment plan. I am skeptical. Your thoughts?

It seems to me that if these type of programs were reallly as good as they are advertised to be,the promoters would not be so eager to tell others about it.They woud keep it to themselves and make a huge amount of money whenever they wanted to. Thank you.
